Had my new 2012 Road Glide Ultra at local dealer for repair early in the week for elecrical issue kept popping up.They said it was fixed.I took a trip to the beach for the weekend and the problem happened again Friday night, I was 160 miles from home. Went to Beachhouse Harley Davidson Saturday morning. Chris in service took it right in the shop ,in about three and a half hours they had it fixed and ready to go plus they washed and detailed it.I have never met a group of nicer people anywhere, service ,parts and sales, even got to meet the owner while I was there,they will do what ever it takes to help you.My next bike will probably come from Beach House Harley.

I have owned several Harleys over the years and my experience with Beach House Harley Davidson was amazing. We did it all over the phone, sight unseen on my new Harley Utra Classic Limited. It is everything I knew it would be. Adam and his staff are super. It was easy and they went out of their way to accomidate my wife and I. We were there way past closing time and all of them stayed to assist in whatever way they could. Very professional outfit and I would recommend Beach House Harley Davidson to new and old riders. The dealership is probably without question the nicest facility I have seen in all my years of buying motorcycles. Thanks for everything.

First let me say that your dealership is one of the nicer ones around. My wife and I was down for the spring rally 2012 and some friends of ours asked us to ride along to your dealership. I knew were your dealership was because we had visited it when you first open it. On our way to your dealership, I noticed that my faring had alot of shaking going on when I set at idle speed. When we got to Beach House, I contacted your service tech and he said that he would take a look at it. Your service techs went out of there way to inform me that I had 4 mounting brackets broken on my 2007 street glide. They changed them for me with very little waiting time involved. I know that during the rally time is limited due to the over whelming shop work that comes with the rally trafic, but I can not tell you enough how well the shop tech's treated me. They made me feel like I was a local and regular customer. I will be sure to tell anyone that is going out and heading in you location to stop by for a dealership that knows how to treat you right. i traded in my roadking classic for an 2012 electra glide and i love it the bike is rockin. Adam was great to work with during the long decision making and purchase of the bike. chris at service was also great as i had the same problem deciding on new pipes for the bike got a set of black vance and hines and they sound and perform great. overall it was just a excellent buying experance and harley is such a great product to own. "Josh made my first bike purchase fast and easy. He is more than a salesman, he is a friend. When my husband was seriously injured in a bike accident in October '08, the dealership was among the first calls I made. Josh assisted me with getting the bike to the dealership and he assisted me with all of the insurance issues. He and others from the shop came to visit Danny at the hospital during his recovery. "I passed on MB rally this year, first missed in over 15 years, I will never vacation or attend any event in MB or area again, I missed my friends and my golf game, but I got over it. I and 3 friends came out of Concord, NC Wednesday moring, filled up with gas in Bennettsville, came to HOG tent, got our pin and rode to Beach House where we ate and drank late lunch. Fire Dept food was great, beer was cold and we enjoyed the vendor field. Spent no money in MB area at all. Next year we will stay near Beach House H-D and spend our money there. Very nice dealership and we will see you again for sure... Not a dime in 09 or any time else until MB Mayor and council are out of a job... With my friends staying home and us not spending any money, I guess MB missed out on about $4000 for the week for us all. If they can live without us, we can surely live without them..."

"I was on vacation with my bike and had been needing a replacement seat for my 105th Anniversary Ultra. Local dealerships where I live have done me and my bike very dirty and I refuse to deal with them anymore. I spoke with Chris, in service, and explained the problems I have had and that I would be in town for about 10 days. As I searched for dealer shirts, staff located a replacement seat upgrade at another dealership and ordered it. As I left out, my shift linkage broke and I came back and they repaired it...THAT DAY, in less than 15 minutes my bike was back up and running, and a few days later the seat was replaced as well. This has never been the norm with dealerships I had previously dealt with. MY NEXT BIKE WILL BE PURCHASED FROM BEACH HOUSE HD. Thanks again guys."

"The service department has done it again. Another great experience getting the 45K service while I was down in September. They also took great care of me in July when I was down. Chris the service mgr./James the tech have been great to me every time I have come in. I will be back again at the 4750 mile service soon. Still enjoying the auxillary speakers that were installed on the Road King for the I-Pod.

"While riding along Rt.17 on vacation, we were having some engine issue related to mapping with Power Commander. James in service went above and beyond to make sure our engine was running perfect on our Ultra Classic. While we waited the staff made sure we were comfortable and kept us updated with the progress of the repairs and adjustments. I have visited many dealerships, but Beach House HD service and personel exceeded our expectations and set the bar for how a HD dealership should treat customers. I will go out of my way to visit again."

"Just bought my Eighth Harley, Fifth one from a Dealer. Except for the first one, all were positive experiences. The fourth was a trade at NRHD and this one was a trade. NRHD worked with me and made me happy with that purchase but I was never really happy with the bike I bought. I've half way looked at trading ever since I bought it. It was time for the 35k service and about time for a rear tire too. Figuring $600.00 for service and tire, plus brakes maybe and who knows what else it might need, I was looking at trading again. I started shopping the local Dealer websites and saw a few that fit the bill. I went to New Bern and they made an offer on my bike to trade but didn't have any thing in my price range.I talked to Don at NRHD and he was gonna get the bike I was enterested in sent to Jville for me to check out. That night (Saturday) I looked on line again and requested a quote from Beach House. Sunday, out riding with friends, I checked my phone at a stop and had a message from Adam at BHHD. The offer he made on my trade put me at BHHD in a couple of hours. I decide to make the trade but couldn't do any work with my credit union on Sun. so left with Adam's card and instructions to call his cell when I found out something. Monday I got the numbers from my C.U. and called Adam on his day off. We worked the deal on the phone and Tuesday I rode back down to do the paper work. Tuesday, I left on my, new to me, 09 Ultra. I traded an 08 Ultra with about 35,800 miles (needing service) for an 09 Ultra with 6,557 miles (fresh service) and lowered my payment $6.00 a month. Who wouldn't be happy with a deal like that. I don't think I could have even come close to that at NRHD even though they are owned by the same person. Thanks again Adam and everyone else I met during my walk through."
