"I purchased an 09 XL1200 Custom back in my from CCHD great bike, however I out grew it very quickly and I had been eyeballing the new Electra Glide. Adam noticed the gleam in my eye and made it possible for me to ride home on a new 2010 Electra Glide Classic. I love this bike I put 800 miles on it the first week I had it. BHHD and Adam were great I will be a customer for life."

"Had some minor problems during Spring Bike Week, Chris & James took care of the problem very quickly. Dropped the bike off Friday afternoon 5/7about 2pm & picked it up Saturday morning 5/8 at about 10am. Rocker Box was leaking, also got a nice cleaning by Turbo. Had it serviced on Friday 5/14 before I left the area to go back to Maryland & it was in & out in about 1 hour . I will be back in June to get the 50K service done. Graet bunch of people at Beach House & will always get service & parts there instead of anywhere else. Hopefully will sell in Maryland soon & be in NC fulltime. Can't wait to get that new Ultra from Adam then."

"Again your Service Department has gone above & beyond getting everything completed while I was up in Maryland. Chris at the service dept, was excellent to work with & James the Tech did another great job, also don't forget Turbo the clean up/detail man, a great job as always. Living in Maryland with a 2nd home in Boiling Spring Lakes, I will have service work completed at Beach House instead of up in Maryland. "The service department has done it again. Another great experience getting the 45K service while I was down in September. They also took great care of me in July when I was down. Chris the service mgr./James the tech have been great to me every time I have come in. I will be back again at the 4750 mile service soon. "Retired down here two and a half years ago, had not ridden in about 12 years and never had a HD but started looking when the dealership opened, got the bug again and they referred me to the Cape Fear community college, great refresher course, I bought an 09 Road King Classic. Adam was great,as was Josh and the rest of the staff anytime I was in there. The purchase went very smooth. My wife never really rode with me before but she loves this bike, I get to go out alone sometimes. Would recommend them to anyone even thinking about buying an HD"

"I had a 42,500 mile check up & service completetd while I was in Boiling Spring Lakes over the 4th of July. I had scheduled the service for a L.O.F. with Chris the week before. When I got there I had another problem that had started after I got down from Maryland. Chris & the HD Tech James took care of that problem also. Again I was treated very well by everyone at Beach House HD & Chris was fantastic to work with in getting everything taken cafe of."

"I was on vacation with my bike and had been needing a replacement seat for my 105th Anniversary Ultra. Local dealerships where I live have done me and my bike very dirty and I refuse to deal with them anymore. I spoke with Chris, in service, and explained the problems I have had and that I would be in town for about 10 days. As I searched for dealer shirts, staff located a replacement seat upgrade at another dealership and ordered it. As I left out, my shift linkage broke and I came back and they repaired it...THAT DAY, in less than 15 minutes my bike was back up and running, and a few days later the seat was replaced as well. This has never been the norm with dealerships I had previously dealt with. MY NEXT BIKE WILL BE PURCHASED FROM BEACH HOUSE HD. Thanks again guys."

"I passed on MB rally this year, first missed in over 15 years, I will never vacation or attend any event in MB or area again, I missed my friends and my golf game, but I got over it. I and 3 friends came out of Concord, NC Wednesday moring, filled up with gas in Bennettsville, came to HOG tent, got our pin and rode to Beach House where we ate and drank late lunch. Fire Dept food was great, beer was cold and we enjoyed the vendor field. Spent no money in MB area at all. Next year we will stay near Beach House H-D and spend our money there. Very nice dealership and we will see you again for sure... Not a dime in 09 or any time else until MB Mayor and council are out of a job... With my friends staying home and us not spending any money, I guess MB missed out on about $4000 for the week for us all. If they can live without us, we can surely live without them..."

"Had a breakdown during the first weekend of your May Open House, & Chris was very good to work with in getting the repairs made. He went above & beyond what I have experienced in the DC/Metro area where I reside. I have a second home in Boiling Spring Lakes that I come down to often with my HD in tow. "The Motorcycle "bug" hit me about three years ago and with encouragement from my wife, I took the MC training class and bought my first new Heritage Softail. Josh helped me with my first, second and now my third Harley and I cannot begin to tell you how helpful, how patient, how personable, how knowledgeable and how thorough Josh is when he's working with you to get you into the bike you want, not the bike he thinks you should get (this is very important, at least it was to me). From start to finish, Josh treats you with respect and he does follow up with you after your purchase. He actually becomes a good friend who cares about your complete satisfaction. "Josh made my first bike purchase fast and easy. He is more than a salesman, he is a friend. When my husband was seriously injured in a bike accident in October '08, the dealership was among the first calls I made. Josh assisted me with getting the bike to the dealership and he assisted me with all of the insurance issues. He and others from the shop came to visit Danny at the hospital during his recovery. When Josh made the move to BHHD, we followed him south and he helped me get my own bike! I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase or becoming part of the "family"!!
